Daily Production Costs (IS-A-PPC)

Function that enables cost controlling with quantity-based valuation for the product cost collectors used in APO confirmation, independently of period-end closing in Cost Object Controlling. By means of queries in the Business Information Warehouse, costs can be analyzed daily, weekly, or monthly (for example, target/actual comparisons).The calculation of key figures (actual costs, target costs, variances, scrap, work in process) differs from the valuation basis in the normal period-end close in the standard SAP System.
