One
of two types of certificate used in trade conducted between Turkey and E.U. or FTA countries.The A.TR. movement certificate is used in trade between Turkey and E.U.
countries. The aim of this certificate is to prove that the goods are in
free circulation and that the compensatory levies have been paid. In
addition, the A.TR. movement certificate enables goods for preferential treatment.
